Carwow Group has named Jeremiah Crider as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), tasked with strengthening financial operations and supporting the company’s ongoing expansion.
Based in London, Crider will report to Chief Executive Officer John Veichmanis.
Crider joins from Securitas, where he was European CFO, leading a finance team of 200 across the region. Prior to that, he spent three years at Deliveroo, most recently as VP of Finance for Marketplace & Technology Functions, where he played a key role in scaling the business pre- and post-IPO. He began his career with 14 years at Walmart.
His appointment follows a $52 million investment in Carwow in the second half of 2024, led by Bessemer Venture Partners alongside existing investors Accel, Balderton, Episode 1, and Vitruvian Partners. The funding has accelerated the company’s expansion plans in the UK and internationally. In the same period, Carwow’s revenues grew by 55%, with nearly £1.8 billion worth of cars listed in its online auctions in 2024.
