Irish transport technology company Tranzaura Group has announced its acquisition of fleet software provider Truckfile, aiming to expand its presence in the UK fleet market.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
With this acquisition, Tranzaura aims to enhance its capabilities, managing 400,000 fleet assets daily using technology and multi-layered security.

The Truckfile team will transition to Tranzaura to ensure continuity and retain expertise within the organisation. Meanwhile, the brand, products, and services will operate independently.
Operations will continue as usual for Truckfile customers, who are also expected to benefit from Tranzaura’s technologies, which offer new efficiencies, enhanced compliance, and data-driven insights to optimise fleet operations.
