Rinaldo has more than 30 years’ experience in auto finance, banking and insurance and took on his current role at Ally in October 2018. He oversees the bank’s technology delivery in auto finance and has held roles in servicing, credit operations, collections and dealer engagement.

Rinaldo will join a panel of executives to discuss how to identify opportunities for digitalization across the organization, including in originations and servicing during the session.
The panel will also highlight how to tap into data to streamline communications, customer service and operations and how to employ digital solutions to speed funding and improve sales and financing processes.
