World of Hyatt is one of the few hotel loyalty programs that still publishes an award chart to help travelers know how many points they need for a redemption. The chart divides the points needed into off-peak, standard and peak rates. Unlike other hotel programs, which use a dynamic pricing model changing the number of points required based on demand and date, Hyatt is far more transparent to its members.

There are eight categories in the World of Hyatt program, and Category 6 properties are in one of the higher tiers. A redemption night costs between 21,000 and 29,000 points for a standard room. If you want a club level accommodation or suite, expect to pay more points.
